Bands
The 1st Bearsden Boys' Brigade pipe band is one of the biggest parts of our Company, offering members aged 8 and upward to learn either the bagpipes, snare, bass or tenor drums. Both the band and those learning to play an instrument meet on Wednesday evenings for practice. The pipe band play at our various parades, annual inspection, competitions and other events.
If the pipe band isn’t for you there is also the 1st Bearsden bugle band. The bugle band play at our parades, inspection, and at the Bearsden war memorial on Remembrance Sundays.
