Pipe band

The 1st Bearsden has the only remaining pipe band in the Lennox and Argyll Battalion. It plays at our parades, inspection, church events and band competitions. The band is currently made up of six pipers and three drummers. That said, we are always on the look out for new members!

With all of the events that the pipe band is involved in, it is important that the band members attend regular practice sessions. The band members are expected to practice at home as well as at weekly rehearsals.

Beginners meet weekly in the BB Hall on Tuesday nights between 6pm - 7pm.
