Anchor Boys

The Anchor Boys of The Boys' Brigade is for six to eight year olds and involves storytelling, crafts, games and much more that helps youngsters have fun and make friends.

The 1st Bearsden Anchors meet in Baljaffray Parish Church on Friday nights. The Anchors' evening will typically last one hour. For more information have a look around the website or get in contact with us.

Things you can expect to do

Each night of Anchors is varied and packed with a mix of fun games and activities. Members often get the chance to try out different cratwork activities, such as card-making or painting and occasionally do some work in the kitchen decorating cakes and, of course, eating them afterwards. Physical games are also part of the programme at Anchors and vary each week.

Being an Anchor is a great way to make new friends and learn in a fun environment and progress into the Juniors Section.
